Morning group (9:00 - 12:00): 9 - 12 year olds
Afternoon group (13:00 - 16:00): 13 - 17 year olds

Drawing course at SARA Academy in Simrishamn for children and young people, aged 9 - 17!
Learn the basics of classical realistic drawing with pencil and charcoal. Through exercises that have been taught for centuries, we will teach you to draw objects to a high level of realism. You will improve your skills by drawing our beautiful casts, still lives and also portraits with a live model. The focus will be on building up a correct drawing from the ground up with simple shading. We will go through how to step by step observe, measure, and draw. No prior knowledge is required – everyone can learn something to take with them and continue their artistic development! There are some flexibility in the age groups, just let us know if you wish to be in a different group depending on drawing experience and if available space.

Sara offers customized workshops for interested groups. These might be for a wide variety of special events or circumstances, such as birthdays, corporate team building, art club gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, as well as others. The workshop can be tailored to meet your needs.
