Summer course in realistic drawing for children & young people!

We welcome children and youth this summer to learn the basics of realistic drawing at SARA-Academy in Simrishamn. Students will get a taste of the first year of the three-year program that our full-time students attend. The focus will be on building up a correct drawing from the ground up with simple shading. We will go through how to step by step observe, measure, and draw. Half of the course will be portrait drawing with a model, and the other half we will draw the school’s beautiful plaster sculptures. We adapt to the individual needs of the students. No prior knowledge is required – everyone can learn something to take with them and continue their artistic development!
